Theriot, who was arrested by police in Richmond, will be transported to Ascension Parish and booked on two counts of first-degree murder, home invasion, and illegal use of weapons, Ascension Parish Sheriff Bobby Webre and Livingston Parish Sheriff Jason Ard said in a statement. He was wanted in connection with the shooting death of five people – including his parents – in two neighborhoods around Baton Rouge in a domestic dispute.
