Join the race to help beat childhood cancer at this family-friendly event RBC Race for the Kids is back! The 15th annual family festival and fun run, held in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, comes to Hyde Park on Saturday 12 October. Go for the classic 5k, or keep it short and sweet with a brand new 2k route. Whichever you opt for, know that running isn't essential — you can walk, jog, or wheel your way to the finish line (the event is fully wheelchair and pushchair accessible). There'll be live entertainment from Butlin’s and Spirit Young Performers Company, as well as an eclectic mix of family activities. RBC Race for the Kids — proudly presented by Royal Bank of Canada and supported by IFX payments — is an excellent day out for all ages, with plenty of music, games, face painting, crafts and even circus workshops! All participants are asked to raise as much as they can in sponsorship ahead of the event, with all funds helping to build the new Children’s Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Kids under 16 race for free, otherwise entry is £17.50 for the 2k, or £21.50 for the 5k. Click the blue button to register now — together, we can help beat childhood cancer. |
