Along Floridaâs Space Coast, an annual Christmas Eve fundraiser saw more than 500 surfers show up decked out in Santa suits and beards. These jolly fellows engaged in friendly competition and water athletics â and they raised nearly $50,000 in the process. Just like the gifts from Saint Nick himself, this money will be going to the low-income families who need it most. Letâs just hope Santa keeps his bag of presents dry if heâs going to be surfing around the world.
