This month we introduced a new location in a brand new country for us – DE-CIX Manila in the Philippines. In partnership with local IX operator GetaFIX, the Philippines will be connected to our Southeast Asian distributed interconnection ecosystem, adding a further 40 networks to the
platform.
Elsewhere in the DE-CIX world, DE-CIX Barcelona celebrated its 1st birthday, UAE-IX its 10th, and
DE-CIX Richmond celebrated its official opening.
