De-stress your shoulders and neck


Dear Yogi,


It’s not for nothing that the phrase “carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders” was coined – it seems like our shoulders and neck are the first to suffer when we’re busy, stressed and working hard.


Therefore it’s really important to understand our shoulder and neck structure so we can respect their abilities and limitations. Let's spend some time activating, mobilising and strengthening the muscles, joints and connective tissues of these hard working areas.
