Good morning, our neighbors in Sioux Falls are digging out from a possible overnight tornado that ripped through the city's south side destroying buildings in its path. No fatalities have been reported. A calm, but soggy day in Minnesota. For the Twin Cities weather, expect rain early morning and again late tonight, but mostly dry in between with a high of 69. Throughout the state, expect mostly cloudy skies with morning showers and thunderstorms in the far south and southeast. Four years ago, Marianne Turnbull of St. Paul was diagnosed with terminal ovarian cancer. She Turnbull is among a handful of people expected to testify Wednesday afternoon in front of the Minnesota House Health and Human Services Policy Committee.

A woman in Kansas died Tuesday of injuries caused by vaping. She’s the sixth reported death nation-wide.
