A Message From the Editor

Chicago is a difficult market for east coast firms to succeed in, and Dechert is the latest firm to learn that lesson. After more than a decade in the Windy City, the Philadelphia-born firm is closing its office there. According to our first story today from Justin Henry, the firm faced difficulty growing a local client base and integrating the office. Also, a Montgomery County judge has been nominated to take a position on the state's federal bench.
