Deerfield Park District has partnered with Trex Building supply to recycle plastic film and bags that are not recycled by Waste Management (grocery bags, Ziplocs, bread bags, water bottle overwrap, etc.). Join the entire Deerfield community to collect 500 pounds of plastic, then Deerfield Park District will receive a park bench made with these recycled materials!
There is a collection bin inside the downstairs foyer at the Jewett Park Community Center for clean, dry film/plastic.

Spring eggs-plosions include 50 candy-filled eggs that will be specially delivered to your front lawn on March 30 or March 31 with a sign letting everyone know that you've been egged by the Deerfield Park District!
