Ted Lasso Takes a Moment To Focus on Coach Beard, and It Works—Mostly

Brendan Hunt as Coach Beard being the best

Ted Lasso's Coach Beard has been there since the beginning. A more taciturn practical energy to Ted's endless optimism. We haven't gotten to know Beard a lot, but in the latest episode, we see what has been going on for the second in command.

Whilst in labor, Lil Nas X released his final promotional teases and gags. This included showing his baby shower (that no one went to) and a long-form interview with Apple Music. Also, billboards promising compensation for those that hate the rapper/singer, are gay, miss the "real America," or are just single. Then, after years of gestation, Lil Nas X gave birth to Montero at 12:01 AM on September 17, 2021.

Titans Sets Up a Redemption Arc and New Romance in “Home”

Titans cast ryan-potter-joshua-orpin-damaris-lewis-anna-diop

Well, that didn't take too long. Jason Todd was, in some way, always marked for redemption, and part of making Titans an "adult" show means that it is filled with heroes who have killed, either by accident or on purpose. But it is a choice to have it happen so soon.

Last year, heated school debates resulted in the York, Pennsylvania schools to ban (and in some cases hold ongoing "reviews") a four-page list of materials. Sent to teachers across the Central York District, books banned from use in the classroom included titles like a biography on Rosa Parks and 19 other books in the "Who Is/Was _____?" series. (Not everyone of course, just people like Michelle Obama, Sonia Sotomayor, Susann B. Anthony, Frida Kahlo, etc.)
