CHARGES MOUNT: A day after the arrest of the 18-year-old accused of carjacking a woman at Costco and dragging her at the gas pumps, police have booked Tyrese Harris on a charge of second-degree murder. Ramon Antonio Vargas and Gabriella Killet have the latest on how a cellphone Harris dropped just days before the carjacking connects him to the killing of a 12-year-old boy. Meanwhile, hundreds gathered outside City Hall to protest the rise in crime in a rally organized by colleagues of the carjacking victim. RAT RODEO: The annual nutria rodeo was held in Grand Isle over the weekend, and participants managed to top last year's 10-ton haul.
