I stumbled upon this yesterday in LCG documents and hopefully I can add to it today: The Ruby Slipper, the popular New Orleans-based breakfast and brunch location that a location in Baton Rouge, will open a location in Lafayette. The restaurant was granted a building permit from Lafayette Consolidated Government for the space at 4701 Ambassador Caffery Parkway, Building D, in what had initially been a space for a Denny’s at the Ambassador Town Center.
