In other non-quarterback news on Tuesday: --The NFL planned to fine Dennis Allen $100,000 this season, but when the discipline was rescinded, the Saints head coach decided to divert the funds to a worth local cause. The Pro Bowl defensive end took to Twitter Tuesday to recruit Carr, among others, and play offseason GM.
