in architecture news, OMA unveiled the ‘audrey irmas pavilion,’ a jewish temple in los angeles that takes shape as a single monolithic volume wrapped in a graphically patterned facade. completed after over a decade of effort, the project stands as the firm’s first cultural building in the california city and its first ever work designed for a religious institution.

in the vast desert landscape of arizona, atelier david telerman has carved out a concrete pavilion from the ground as an inverted, stepped pyramid. named 'mcneal 020', the project is realized for a private client based in france as an homage to the dream-like nature of its endless context.
