K11 ECOAST, a new, ambitious retail and cultural space, is coming to china soon. designed by a team including OMA, david chipperfield architects, and sou fujimoto, the massive commercial complex, worth nearly $1.5 billion USD, will cover a footprint of 228,500 square meters (over 2.4 million square feet) in shenzhen. the harbor-front destination is expected to open in 2024.
