A Message From the Editor

It's been a whirlwind of news the past few weeks - especially for attorneys who handle DEI and Title IX issues on school campuses. But that doesn't mean schools, or their counsel, should rush the decision-making process. In our first item today, we bring you advice and everything you need to know to get caught up on the issue. Also, the state Supreme Court has rejected the appeal in a case that seemed poised to challenge the state's consent by registration law.
