Man promises to return to store with EBT card but instead steals cart full of merchandise: Richmond Heights Police Blotter

A man tried stealing $93 worth of merchandise from Dollar General Jan. 10. He had brought the cart to the checkout and told the clerk that he forgot his EBT card in his car. He asked if he could keep his cart in the vestibule while he retrieved the card, but he proceeded to walk out of the store with the cart.
