Strength training is booming! From CrossFit and weightlifting to outdoor, functional Many of us equate ‘core strength’ with having a six-pack, but true core strength involves much more than traditional abdominal exercises.


Building a strong core encompasses both physical and psychological aspects. A strong core not only reduces back pain and the risk of injuries during daily activities, but also helps us feel more mentally resilient and empowered.
