Diane Sawyer is selling her sprawling seaside compound for $24 million. Tucked away between Vineyard Sound and Lake Tashmoo, the New England estate was originally designed by Neoclassical architect Eric Gugler for noted stage actress Katharine Cornell. Highlights include two modern beach cottages, a swimming pool and a tennis court. And up the coast, the founders of Tom's of Maine have listed their historic Federal-style home for sale after 40 years of ownership.
