Only two months after it first popped up for sale, Diane Sawyer's 20-acre compound on Martha's Vineyard has sold for nearly the full $24 million asking price. Private equity guru David Malm snagged the coastal residence, which includes two modern beach cottages, a swimming pool and a tennis court, all of it surrounded Vineyard Sound and Lake Tashmoo. And over in New York City, rapper Kendrick Lamar has bought a Brooklyn Heights triplex positioned atop the star-studded Pierhouse building.
