Find yourself writing the same basic message often? Create a template to give yourself a shortcut. Here’s how to do it in Gmail.

  • Go into Settings > See all settings > Advanced.
  • Scroll to the section marked Templates and click Enable.
  • To make a template, click Compose and write your email. Go to the bottom and find the three dots at the right-hand corner. When you roll over, a tab will pop up that says More options.
  • Click on the Templates menu to save your draft as a template. To insert a template you’ve created, go to the More > Templates menu tab again and choose your template.

While operating on a patient, Dr. Scott Green turned on his laptop camera to connect with a traffic court video call. Dressed in a mask and operating gown, Dr. Green operated on his patient while attending. “I’m available for trial,” he told the judge. “Go right ahead.” The judge declined and rescheduled the hearing. This is far less cute than the lawyer who showed up to court with a cat face filter.
