Publishers' employee bases continue to be largely white, despite many promises that were made last summer by media companies to champion diversity. To help shed light on the industry, Digiday is keeping a running list of publishers' most recently available diversity reports, which are based on self-reported breakdowns of the makeup of their staff, including leadership and manager-level positions and new hires.
