Welcome to the 762nd DPReview Newsletter

We recently took delivery of a near-final Fujifilm GFX so we've been busy over the past few days, updating our initial launch content with a new sample gallery and studio images. We're working on a detailed review-in-progress but you can check out our new samples from the links below.

Last week also saw the announcement of a third full-frame camera from Panasonic - the video-oriented Lumix S1H - alongside the long-awaited 10-25mm F1.7 for Micro Four Thirds. Details of both products can be found in the links below.

Fujifilm GFX 100 added to studio test scene

We've got our hands on a nearly final Fujifilm GFX 100 to begin using in earnest, and though it's not yet running final firmware, we couldn't help but put it in front of our studio scene to see what it can do – have a look for yourself.

The Fujifilm GFX 100 we've been shooting with is running firmware that's not quite final, but image quality is unlikely to change significantly in the final version and we're able to share some processed Raw files. One hundred megapixels is really something to behold.

Panasonic's new Leica DG Vario-Summilux 10-25mm F1.7 ASPH is designed to cover five fixed focal lengths in a single, fast lens, according to the company. Click through to learn more about this Micro Four Thirds lens, as well as the pair of full-frame L-mount teleconverters announced alongside it.

Panasonic is developing a video-focused model in its S-series line-up, which will be known as the Lumix DC-S1H. The camera, set to ship this fall for $4000, will be able to capture 6K/24p video at a 3:2 aspect ratio and 5.9K/30p at 16:9.
