Good day, and welcome to the 868th DPReview newsletter!

This was a big week for product launches! Nikon unveiled a retro-styled APS-C Z-mount camera, called the Nikon Z fc. It's essentially a Z50 in a highly stylized body and it looks and feels just like a 1980's FM2 film camera. Nikon also announced a budget 28mm F2.8 lens for Z-mount, shipping this fall.

In other new product news, Canon announced a 14-35mm F4 L lens for RF-mount, shipping this August. Speaking of Canon, Barney chatted with Canon executive Go Tokura, who provided some interesting insights into the company's future product planning.

Thanks for reading and stay cool!
