This weekend, Goodtaste heads to a North Texas treasure trove of some of the biggest, juiciest cheeseburgers we’ve ever seen! This classic café serves up incredible comfort food, but it’s the enormous five-pound “Bozilla Burger” that draws in diners. Tanji’s Wine Finds: Langlois-Chateau Brut

There’s never a wrong time to pop a bottle of bubbly! The Langlois-Chateau Brut ($20) is a Crémant from a region in France with a long tradition of producing lively, bright sparklings. Similar to Champagne, Crémants have lovely finesse and delicate bubbles, but at a fraction of the price. The acidity from a glass of this Brut would expertly cut through the richness of a dish like our Baked Chicken-Artichoke Dip. Make This Now: Mozie’s Crispy Panko Chicken

This hearty recipe from Mozie’s in Gruene is a real crowd-pleaser. It gets extra crunch from seasoned panko breading and nutty undertones from freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese.
