This week's top real estate headlines

It's no secret that YouTube superstar David Dobrik has been on the hunt for a luxury house in the Los Angeles area that would befit his social media prowess for the past year. However, it looks like the Slovakian prankster has finally settled on a new home — property records reveal that Dobrik recently inked a $9.5 million deal for a 7,800-square-foot Sherman Oaks contemporary mansion replete with high-end amenities. Meanwhile, over in Larchmont Village, "The Young and the Restless" star Michelle Stafford has put her small, but charming bungalow on the market for $949,000. The sunlight-filled, Spanish-style cottage is full of Southern Californian charm and sports not just one, but a total of three patios.

In other news, "Friends" star Courteney Cox sold one of her Sierra Tower condos to a socialite neighbor, "Million Dollar Listing" star Matt Altman purchased a Tuscan-inspired estate in Sherman Oaks, producer Nathalie Marciano is asking $20 million for a rare midcentury modern in Beverly Hills, Quibi CEO Meg Whitman has hung a $6.5 million price tag on her West Hollywood condominium, former Twitter chairman Omid Kordestani bought the $13.5 million house next door, actress Cloris Leachman wants a little over $1 million for her charming Topanga getaway, legendary art mogul Larry Gagosian will be setting up shop in the Marciano Art Foundation, "The Umbrella Academy" screenwriter sold a Bel Air home for $2.2 million and Katheryn Winnick has hoisted one of her Marina Del Rey properties on the market for a little under $3.3 million.
