This week's top real estate headlines

Just days after swearing on "The Joe Rogan Experience" that he was dead set on owning no home, Elon Musk is keeping to his word and has listed the last of his four Bel Air properties as well as another in Silicon Valley. The four Bel Air estates are quirkily being sold together by the SpaceX and Tesla CEO himself in a $62.5 million mega-bundle. Meanwhile over in Texas, "Real Housewives of Dallas" star Kameron Westcott listed her Highland Park mansion for a touch over $5.1 million. True to character, the interiors of the house are painted a very pastel shade of pink, with many rosy-colored pieces of art and decor throughout the home.

In other news, Sarah Hyland and her boyfriend Well Adams are settling into a new house in Studio City, Chainsmokers songwriter and DJ Drew Taggart is seeking a tenant, L.A. Angels outfielder Justin Upton bought a ritzy Orange County home, YouTube beauty guru Tati Westbrook purchased the posh modern farmhouse that she's been renting, fashion power couple Jens and Emma Grede splashed out $24 million for a Bel Air Estate, French Montana slashed the asking price of his Calabasas estate, podcasting couple Tom Segura and Christina P have put their Woodland Hills estate back on the market, and legendary musician Ry Cooder bagged a Wallace Neff-designed home in Altadena.

It seems rather unlikely that there are many billionaire buyers who would covet that sort of unusual real estate situation, however well-located the homes may be.
