This week's top real estate headlines

Everyone knows that L.A. is full of movie stars, but it's also home to a growing population of a different kind of celebrity — YouTubers. This time, 18-year-old, Gen Z celeb Emma Chamberlain has purchased a $3.9 million home from MedMen co-founder Andrew Modlin. Meanwhile, over in the Hollywood Hills, the former home of international fugitive and Malaysian playboy Jho Low sold after stagnating on the market for almost a year. It was finally snatched up by local investor Joe Simsoly for a cool $18.5 million.

In other news, late night talk show host and YouTuber Lilly Singh upgrades in the San Fernando Valley, Gerard Butler is renting out his Los Feliz villa, Ripndip founder Ryan O'Connor is skating into Malibu, and Kuwaiti heiress Sama Alghanim splurges on a Venice compound.
