This week's top real estate headlines Supermodel sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid recently went on a New York City shopping spree. Together, the it girls racked up a nearly $16 million bill, with Bella spending $6.1 million and Gigi shelling out $9.8 million for prime Manhattan real estate. Meanwhile, over on the West Coast, "Bojack Horseman" and "Arrested Development" star Will Arnett is hoping to get a little under $11 million for his Beverly Hills Post Office home. The six-time Emmy nominee originally ponied up a tad more than $2.85 million for the property in 2014, razed the existing structure and has since constructed a chic, custom-built house on the lot.
