This week's top real estate headlines

Supermodel sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid recently went on a New York City shopping spree. Together, the it girls racked up a nearly $16 million bill, with Bella spending $6.1 million and Gigi shelling out $9.8 million for prime Manhattan real estate. Meanwhile, over on the West Coast, "Bojack Horseman" and "Arrested Development" star Will Arnett is hoping to get a little under $11 million for his Beverly Hills Post Office home. The six-time Emmy nominee originally ponied up a tad more than $2.85 million for the property in 2014, razed the existing structure and has since constructed a chic, custom-built house on the lot.

In other news, Kevin McKidd listed his Studio City home for $4.6 million, British TV host Richard Bacon is making a big move across the pond, actress Krysten Ritter listed a family-sized Hollywood Hills home for almost $1.3 million, MLB pitcher Felix Hernández is hoping to sell his Seattle home, "RHONY" star Luann de Lesseps is asking $1.15 million for her waterfront getaway, "My Favorite Murder" host Karen Kilgariff wants $1.2 million for her Burbank bungalow, Jordan Masterson picked up a Los Feliz fixer upper, Howard Bragman listed his Valley Village traditional for $2.3 million, brain scientist Bryant Stibel put his Malibu getaway on the market and "Madame Secretary" actor Geoffrey Arend is off to a fresh start in L.A. with the purchase of a Victorian-style Angelino Heights home.

Gigi and Bella Hadid Splurge on Lavish Manhattan Penthouses 

Bella, the older of the two, bought a penthouse in Manhattan's ever-popular Soho neighborhood. The building was originally built in 1877 and used as a silk showroom, but was converted into a boutique living space in 2016. Gigi, on the other hand, splurged on two separate condos in Noho and apparently has plans to convert them into a mega-duplex.
