Meanwhile, over on the Sunset Strip, marijuana mogul Carissa Davino is making some serious moves. Having built her fortune on the sticky icky, Davino is putting some green back into the real estate market, shelling out $9 million for a swank L.A. residence located in the lower Hollywood Hills.
In other news, up-and-coming DJ Jamie Iovine is putting down some serious roots in L.A., Lykke Li's ex-partner Jeff Bhasker won a bidding war for a relatively unspoiled midcentury modern, 'Catfish' co-host Nev Schulman is looking to part with his trendy Williamsburg condo, Morgan Brown is on to her next project and director David E. Talbert and his wife are moving into a cute Dutch Colonial-influenced, plus-sized home.
