This week's top real estate headlines

Despite the fact that Justin and Hailey Bieber purchased their current Beverly Hills manse barely 18 months ago, the superstar couple recently closed on a lavish $25.8 million Beverly Park estate. Some of their new neighbors include other A-listers like Sofia Vergara, Eddie Murphy and Sylvester Stallone. Meanwhile above the Sunset Strip, "Flipping Out" star Jeff Lewis is at it again. This time the Bravolebrity is asking $5.8 million for a meticulously renovated residence that's been outfitted with all sorts of state-of-the-art amenities and technologies.

In other news, Kristen Stewart is asking $9.5 million for her former Malibu getaway, siblings Sophie and Nick Simmons upgraded to a glitzy architectural in the Hollywood Hills, Cindy Crawford and her hubby listed their longtime home in Trousdale Estates for a little less than $16 million, Pasadena's iconic John Kelsey house has found a new owner, NBA star Jordan Clarkson is moving into Sherman Oaks, Doug Rogers is seeking $12.9 million for his luxurious Miami condominium, Amaryllis Knight purchased Shia LaBeouf's former Sherman Oaks midcentury modern, helicopter heiress Cindy Robinson is flying out of the Hollywood Hills, Dr. David Agus purchased a sumptuous Santa Monica spread, and former NFL player Tony Gonzalez listed his Beverly Hills mansion for a tad less than $30 million.

Justin Bieber, Hailey Baldwin Buy $25.8 Million Beverly Park Mansion 

The 2.5-acre estate includes an 11,000 sq. ft. mansion with seven bedrooms and 10 full bathrooms, according to the listing, plus a slew of high-end amenities expected in this price range. A two-story grand foyer features checkerboard black-and-white stone floors, plus an elegantly curved staircase.
