This week's top real estate headlines

It's no secret that "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star Kylie Jenner is wildly successful for her age. The 22-year-old lip kit mogul recently shelled out $36.5 million for a fortress-like mansion in L.A.'s billionaire-favored Holmby Hills neighborhood. Meanwhile, in Montecito, prolific Hollywood house-flipping couple Ellen and Portia DeGeneres are at it once again. This time they've bought and renovated a quirky, yet charming English Tudor and listed it for $5.4 million.

In other news, Joey McIntyre put a home in New York City on the market and picked up another in Los Angeles, Larry Joe Campbell took a small loss on his former Palos Verdes estate, Facebook exec Jason Rubin expanded his real estate portfolio, Alexis Sanchez is moving to Miami, Blippi is so over Vegas, Lou Ferrigno is mixing things up with his California properties, and Eva Longoria took a major loss in the Hollywood Hills.
