This week's top real estate headlines

After the May death of Saudi billionaire businessman Saleh Abdullah Kamel, his Beverly Park estate has unsurprisingly hit the market with a $32.5 million thud. Designed by Richard Landry, Kamel managed to buy the manse for $16.5 million during the height of the recession — an absolute steal by neighborhood standards. Meanwhile, over in the Hollywood Hills, Natasha Bedingfield has hung an almost $2.25 million price tag on her Mediterranean-style home. But what's next for the British pop singer? Well, the rest is still "Unwritten."

In other news, MedMen cofounder Andrew Modlin is flying the coop from his Bird Streets contemporary mansion, "FBI" star Jeremy Sisto has his partially renovated Hollywood Hills home on the market for just under $2.4 million, Dirt got to chat with Douglas Elliman agent Frances Katzen, GlamGlow cofounder Shannon Dellimore bought a $6.5 million Encino home, entertainment industry vet Jeff Kwatinetz is hoping to get $4.8 million for his villa in Venice, the former home of legendary real estate developer Paul Trousdale is asking just under $32 million, Clippers coach Doc Rivers wants $13 million for his Malibu beach house, married “Dancing with the Stars” performers Valentin Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Johnson quick-stepped into Tarzana and Adam Lambert took a loss on the sale of his Sunset Strip home.
