This week's top real estate headlines

Ever since the tragic 2019 death of her longtime partner, Grammy-winning rapper-activist Nipsey Hussle, actress Lauren London has kept a low-profile. But now it seems like London is finally ready for a fresh start, namely in the form of a cute, $1.7 million Sherman Oaks cottage. Meanwhile, yet another big property sale went down in Beverly Hills. This time Russian billionaire Danil Khachaturov paid a whopping $35 million for one of the largest and most private residences in Trousdale Estates. The buy is among the biggest transactions to go down in the area.

In other news, "That '70s Show" actor Topher Grace lost on a deal in Los Feliz, controversial OxyContin heiress and filmmaker Madeleine Sackler made a lavish all-cash deal for Ali Tamposi's former Los Feliz villa, Christopher Lloyd lists yet another California coastal getaway, and stand-up comic Chris D'Elia is asking for more than $2 million for his Laurel Canyon hideaway.
