This week's top real estate headlines

Despite the fact that they're both facing some upcoming time in the slammer, Lori Loughlin and her hubby Mossimo Giannulli have opted to buy a fresh residential start in Hidden Hills. Their new digs are smaller than their former Bel Air compound, but is no hovel by any means with amenities like a chef's kitchen, a home gym, a wine closet and a large swimming pool. Meanwhile, over in Beverly Hills, "Scream" and "Dawson's Creek" creator Kevin Williamson treated himself to a newly-constructed, $17 million Beverly Hills mansion. His new neighbors include A-list names like Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lawrence and Adele.

In other news, actress Darby Stanchfield sold her Glendale home for $2.4 million, screenwriter Eric Warner Singer is looking for someone to take his Hancock Park manse off of his hands, Jon Bon Jovi swapped one Palm Beach property for another, a Beverly Hills house with a celeb-heavy pedigree is asking $3.4 million, and "Love Boat" actor Gavin MacLeod found a buyer for his Rancho Mirage home.
