The "Sleepless in Seattle" star shelled out a little over $5 million for a cute estate in the celeb-infested seaside enclave of Montecito. Hopefully, she won't be sleepless there. Meanwhile, L.A.'s world-famous and exotically angled Wolff residence sold last week for $5.9 million. But a mystery remained. Who bought the iconic residence? Well, the buyers have turned out to be none other than "Maleficent" director Joachim Rønning and his fashion model wife, Amanda Hearst.
In other news, Scottish DJ extraordinaire Calvin Harris finally found a buyer for his Sunset Strip manse, Queens is moving past being a hipster haven and diving into luxury real estate, Pritzker heir Adam Pritzker has moved onto another home despite not having sold his old house yet, and "Big Bang Theory" actress Kaley Cuoco and Karl Cook have finally taken a turn for the domestic.
