This week's top real estate headlines

Though rumors have been flying for months that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have set down stakes in L.A., it's only been recently revealed where they've been living: Tyler Perry's enormous, double-gated megamansion. It's a home fit for a queen — or Madea. Meanwhile, "Law and Order: SVU" star Chris Meloni and his wife Sherman Williams have hoisted their celeb-pedigreed Hollywood Hill home on the market with an asking price of just under $6.5 million. The property has nearly 5,300 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms and possibly ... a ghost!

In other news, "#BlackAF" creator Kenya Barris expanded his real estate portfolio, Michael Bloomberg bought a Colorado ranch, Beth Behrs and Michael Gladis are seeking a buyer for their Hollywood Hills home, Jason Segel is hoping to part with his Los Feliz property for $2.75 million, Uber co-founder Travis Kalanick bought a huge Bel Air mansion for $43 million, John Lennon and Yoko Ono's former Floridian beach getaway is up for grabs at $47.5 million, "Vampire Diaries" actor Daniel Gillies and his estranged wife have listed their former marital home, and Elizabeth Banks landed a buyer for her Studio City compound.
