This week's top real estate headlines

Michelle Pfeiffer is officially that white gold, as Bruno Mars would say, having sold her not-particularly funky uptown Woodside estate for $22 million to an anonymous tech industry buyer. The deal is one of the largest in the San Francisco Bay Area this year. Meanwhile, Cardi B and her on-again, off-again hubby Offset have purchased an Atlanta manse loaded with luxurious amenities like an 1,800 bottle wine cellar and an underground shooting range, just for starters.

In other news, three-time Olympian Shaun White sold his $11.8 million Malibu home to a neighbor, Bill Maher bought a Catalina hideaway, L.A. heiress Rochelle Gores Fredston purchased a Cliff May-designed ranch teardown, Dr. Phil's son Jordan McGraw listed his wacky L.A. mansion, and Dirt recaps the past year's biggest luxury real estate buys and sells."
