This week's top real estate headlines "Walking Dead" actor Norman Reedus, who plays the fan-favored Daryl Dixon, is settling into a castle-like home in the Hollywood Hills with "National Treasure" actress Diane Kruger. It seems like the perfect place to hunker down in the midst of a (hopefully) zombie-free pandemic. Meanwhile, the Omidi brothers, who were behind the notoriously catchy "Call 1-800-Get-Thin" jingle and lap band surgery scam, have hoisted their Sunset Strip compound up on the market in the midst of their legal troubles. The certifiably celeb-pedigreed manse is currently up for grabs at a touch under $30 million — three times what the family originally paid for it.
In other news, "Avengers: Endgame" director Anthony Russo has managed to sell one of his two Los Feliz properties, "Pod Save America" host Tommy Vietor picked up a stylish Hancock Park home, Demián Bichir is seeking to sell his old Sherman Oaks house as he settles into another, director Kathryn Bigelow is trying, yet again, to sell her Studio City estate for $10.9 million, and YouTuber Gabbie Hanna cashed in that influencer money on a Studio City home.
