This week's top real estate headlines

Music multi-hyphenate Pharrell must have not been so "Happy" with his Beverly Hills mansion that he bought from Tyler Perry a little less than two years ago. Pharrell recently put the humongous architectural extravaganza up on the market for a cool $17 million. Meanwhile just down the road, Jordan McGraw, son of TV's favorite psychologist Dr. Phil, found a buyer for his truly wacky house. Anna Shay, a low-key, but wildly wealthy socialite shelled out $5.75 million for the questionably decorated property.

In other news, Eli Broad is giving Malibu's Billionaire Beach a run for its money, Tomer Fridman spilled all in Dirt's first monthly questionnaire, and "Shameless" star Cameron Monaghan bought a $1.3 million 1950s traditional ranch home in Toluca Lake.

Pharrell Seeks Buyer for Glassy Mansion Bought From Tyler Perry

The more than 17,000-square-foot mansion, with 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, more than just a little resembles a suburban office building and is larger than a small boutique hotel. Waterfalls pour over mountainous tumbles of boulders into several swimming pools and lagoon-like ponds on the mansion's grounds.
