This week's top real estate headlines

 Just like his fellow "Pod Save America" hosts, Jon Favreau has bought a home in L.A. The former presidential speechwriter shelled out $3.5 million for a posh, two-story cottage in historic Hancock Park. Meanwhile, over in the Pacific Palisades, Jennifer Love Hewitt has hoisted her contemporary bungalow up on the market for a bit more than $4 million. Considering that the actress recently purchased another Pacific Palisades estate for $6 million, the move doesn't come as any big surprise. 

In other news, the stunning home of famed architect John Lautner is now up for grabs for at $1.59 million, "Bohemian Rhapsody" director Bryan Singer lists his Japanese-inspired Malibu beach house for $16.5 million, get a peek into the homes of some famous writers, and some insight into how the stars are staying fit in the time of Covid-19.

‘Pod Save America’ Host Jon Favreau Buys Updated 1920s Tudor
