This week's top real estate headlines

Academy Award-nominated actress Salma Hayek and her French multibillionaire tycoon hubby François-Henri Pinault have reportedly moved out of their longtime L.A. house this past weekend. Rumor has it that the couple felt a bit cramped in their former 8,000-square-foot home and plan to demolish the 1940s-era residence. Meanwhile in Los Feliz, platinum-selling pop crooner, songwriter and occasional actor Josh Groban has plunked down close to $2.3 million for a casually cosmopolitan, organic-modern house after selling his Beverly Hills complex. You better "Believe" it.

In other news, Larry King tossed away the Beverly Hills mansion he shared with his ex-wife, video gamer Jeff Strain is facing a huge loss on his Hollywood Hills "castle," a rare vacancy has opened up in the swanky Chateau Bachwood, Sheldon Adelson's 22-year-old son bought a slick new bachelor pad," Japanese rock star Tak Matsumoto is rocking out of his Beverly Hills estate, a powerful Russian oligarch listed his 90210 home for $36.5 million, N.Y.C.'s NoMad neighborhood is still poppin', Jeff Bezos might have expanded his real estate portfolio in Washington D.C., and more.
