This week's top real estate headlines

Shortly after buying Gwen Stefani's bananas estate, funny man-turned-actor Sebastian Maniscalco is putting his own fancifully decorated mansion on the market. Maniscalco's artist wife, Lana Gomez, worked with world-renowned decorator Kelly Wearstler to create the home’s dramatic palette, graphic sensibility and eclectic furnishings. Meanwhile, Uber co-founder Garrett Camp is getting the heck out of Dodge, better-known as the Hollywood Hills. He and his partner Eliza Nguyen traded up to a $72.5 million, brand-new megamansion in Beverly Hills.

In other news, Chanel West Coast treated herself to a Hollywood modern, Norman Lear slashed the price of his sprawling Brentwood villa, Lacey Chabert picked up a homey property in Tarzana, Catherine Bach put her longtime abode on the market, "X-Factor" winner Leona Lewis switched houses, Aidy Ward landed a huge discount on a Bel Air manse, and Janice Min purchased an impressive home in Brentwood.
