This week's top real estate headlines

A Malibu dream house just didn't cut it for Persian Barbie. "Shahs of Sunset" star Lilly Ghalichi recently shelled out $19.5 million in Bel Air for former Ford CEO Lee Iacocca's lavish, Tuscan-style mansion. A Barbie Glam Convertible was not included in the deal. Meanwhile, over in the Hollywood Hills, the Legends are making big real estate moves once again. John Legend and Chrissy Teigen paid $5.1 million for a contemporary-style home in West Hollywood. But considering that they already have a huge house in Beverly Hills, what will the Legends be doing with their new property? Will it be an office? A music studio? A set for "Family Style?" Who knows!

In other news, Pharrell is planning to wait out COVID-19 in a luxurious mansion in Florida, "Despicable Me" producer Christopher Meledandri purchased a charming Tudor-style cottage in Silver Lake, David Arquette finally managed to sell his Lake Arrowhead home, a mini-estate in the Hills with a celeb-pedigree is on the market and John Well's Hawaiian estate is up for grabs with an eye-watering $40.5 million price tag.
