This week's top real estate headlines

NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal recently hoisted his Shaq-sized Orlando mansion on the market with a hefty $19.5 million price tag. The now-sports analyst bought the colossal property in 1993 for $4 million, so he stands to rake in quite a bit of dough from the sale. Meanwhile, over in Malibu, iconic Hollywood director James Cameron is seeking $25 million for his sprawling compound. The meticulously manicured estate boasts two interconnected mansions and is located in the celeb-favored enclave of Serra Retreat.

In other news, "RHONJ" star Teresa Guidice listed her New Jersey home, Poison frontman Bret Michaels is rocking out of his Westlake Village residence, Demi Lovato is moving into Studio City, actor Anthony Edwards is poised to sell his Carnegie Hill spread at a loss, "Eastbound and Down" creator Danny McBride put his Hollywood penthouse on the market for $1.85 million and Patricia Heaton sold her Toluca Lake estate and made off with a small fortune in profit.
