This week's top real estate headlines

"Family Feud" host Steve Harvey has finally sold his property in the quiet Dallas suburb of Little Elm. Though the sales price has not yet been revealed, the home was last asking around $1 million. Meanwhile, over on the West Coast in Los Feliz, "Pearl Harbor" actor Josh Hartnett sold his quirky, prohibition-era compound to heiress-turned-filmmaker Lucy Bidwell for $4.43 million in an all-cash, off-market deal. The fortified estate is steeped in Hollywood history and even features a hidden pub in the back.

In other news, Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin is asking $5.5 million for his Malibu playhouse property, celebrity power couple Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman purchased a "paparazzi-proof" Tribeca condo, "The O.C." creator Josh Schwartz bought a large Sherman Oaks spread, Sean Connery's former French Riviera vacation getaway is on the market for $38 million, the Las Vegas home of the late Robin Leach sold for $718,000, Tristan Thompson flipped his Encino manse back on the market for $8.5 million, Imagine Dragons lead guitarist Wayne Sermon ponied up $11.3 million for an equestrian ranch in Rolling Hills, "Chicago Fire" creator Derek Haas bought a $9.2 million Hancock Park mansion, and serial twerker and tongue waggler Miley Cyrus is moving back to Hidden Hills.

Steve Harvey Sells Suburban Dallas Spread 

The nearly 3.75-acre estate is anchored by an almost 6,600-square-foot stone manor house of no particular architectural pedigree — listings describe it as an “executive home” with five bedrooms and six full and two half bathrooms. Notable features include a double-height foyer with twin staircases, an oak-paneled study and a four-car garage topped by guest or staff quarters.
