It's time to grab your nearest cowboy hat. Fashion mogul Tom Ford recently slashed the price of his dreamy New Mexico ranch from $75 million to $48 million — that’s a $27 million discount. Located in the Galisteo Basin, the home even features a beautiful architectural surprise: A single-story modern concrete compound designed by renowned Japanese starchitect Tadao Ando. Meanwhile, Mohamed Hadid (father of Gigi and Bella Hadid), after being locked in contentious litigation related to his unfinished Bel Air house for over five years, has been ordered to demolish the structure. The problem? Hadid claims he simply doesn't have the funds to pay for the demolition.

In other news, YouTuber Danny Duncan is settling into his new luxurious Beverly Grove manse, David Katzenberg lists his Sunset Strip home for $5.35 million, and Ali Tamposi is asking $2.8 million for her Los Feliz villa.
