This week's top real estate headlines

Although he bought the property less than two years ago for $20.5 million, Trevor Noah recently sold his palatial, 14,000-square-foot Bel Air mansion for $21.7 million. The residence was bought in an all-cash, off-market deal, so it's not clear what changes, if any, "The Daily Show" host made to the structure. Meanwhile, over in Malibu, it looks like the Hemsworth brothers have tired of the secluded pied-à-terre that the three used as a crash pad when visiting the States for showbiz affairs. Located high in the foothills of Point Dume, the houme is currently on the market for a touch under $5 million.

In other news, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez sold their recently renovated Malibu estate for nearly the same price they bought it at, comedian Anders Holm is looking to offload his Silver Lake Tudor-style house, actor Barrett Foa listed his hip Silver Lake architectural, Chris O'Dowd and Dawn O'Porter are looking to bounce out of their Melrose bungalow, Amy Smart and her hubby Carter Oosterhouse are seeking a tenant who can pony up $23,000 a month, Corbin Bernsen and Amanda Pays flipped a Laurel Canyon compound, Derek Jeter is asking $29 million for "St. Jetersburg," and Mary Lynn Rajskub is looking for someone to take her Encino home off of her hands.
