Meanwhile in Los Feliz, Darren Criss is making real estate headlines once again. The "Assassination of Gianni Versace" actor upgraded his residential circumstances late last year to a family-sized home and is getting rid of his old digs to the tune of a little less than $1.7 million. Purchased for $1.2 million more than seven years ago, the actor is sure to make a "killing."
