This week's top real estate headlines

Guess who just bought a $4 million home in the San Fernando Valley? "Euphoria" actress Zendaya is moving on up in the world. The former Disney star recently purchased a nearly four-acre estate that boasts a sprawling main house, a guesthouse and pool area in Encino. Meanwhile, over in Bel Air, Honey co-founder George Ruan paid a whopping $60 million for a trendy 21,000 sq. ft., megamansion-sized structure. Honey was recently sold to PayPal for $4 billion in L.A.'s largest tech acquisition ever and it seems like Ruan is putting that shmoney to good use.

In other news, British television tycoon Nigel Lythgoe is waltzing away from his celeb-pedigreed Bel Air mansion,
YouTube personality Zane Hijazi is settling into an "unbelievably" priced Studio City contemporary, Jason Statham wants a tad under $7 million for his Scandi-inspired Sunset Strip mid-century, Balthazar Getty is trying (yet again) to sell his contemporary Hollywood Hills home, German filmmaker Tom Twyker is looking to part from his New York City apartment, YouTuber Rebecca Zamolo has racked up enough followers and dollars to afford a brand spanking new Encino home, and Frank Dukes buys Darren Criss' old Los Feliz property.
