This week's top real estate headlines

After four years of marriage, indie darling and Hollywood favorite Zooey Deschanel is breaking it off with her film producer hubbie, Jacob Pechenik. Now, Deschanel has put her Manhattan Beach home, which the couple picked up about two years ago for $5.6 million, on the market for $5.975 million. Meanwhile further down the coast, YouTube's favorite automotive lover cinched a deal for a cute three-bedroom, three-bathroom house in San Diego. Surely DeMuro's new home racked up a solid 100 DougScore.

In other news, Trai and Grace Byers listed their chic home in the Hollywood Hills, Richard Sakai is asking a cool $1 million for his warehouse-style loft in the Arts District, the mansion featured on "Entourage" is on the market, Max Weinberg is selling for big bucks down in Florida, and Eurythmics' Annie Lennox recently expanded her real estate portfolio with a cute Hollywood Hills bungalow.
